Wanted a change…..but what and how?

Sarah took voluntary redundancy from a large professional services firm having recognised she had lost interest in her career. She put this down to long hours, lack of support and poor teamwork. She realised that she did not have sufficient interest and passion to be successful in such a competitive environment. We identified patterns in the interests and motivators in her career. It was clear that she was more motivated by the arts, culture and history.

We helped Sarah to identify her transferable skills and drew up a campaign to research opportunities using her network, agencies and the internet. She found a position within an arts environment as a project manager. She was thrilled – not only with making this career move but also with the increased confidence she gained from having had the courage to follow her passion.
