Frances has over 15 years’ experience as an Accredited Executive and Career Coach, working with City professionals in many major law firms and professional services organisations to successfully manage change and accelerate performance. With an earlier career spanning over 12 years working in Business Development and Leadership Development at international law firms, including Clifford Chance, Frances has an understanding of business strategy and the environment faced by her clients. She has coached over 500 lawyers and other professionals, often at points of career and life transition.

Frances enjoys working with professionals preparing for promotion to a leadership role such as partnership/counsel and navigating their professional lives with parenthood effectively. Frances also provides a supportive and constructive space for clients transitioning into a new role successfully or exiting their organisation, building clarity and confidence in their approach. She creates a reflective, positive space for clients to think, increase self-awareness and gain clarity to identify solutions. Clients appreciate her intuitive, approachable and non-judgemental style.

Frances has an Advanced Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring, is an Accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching and is trained in MBTI and Strengths Profile psychometric assessments. Frances graduated with a BSc Hons in International Management and French from Manchester UMIST.

Frances enjoys a busy family life outside of work, walking her dog, time with family and friends, yoga and pilates, travel, good food and interiors.
