Olivia is an accredited career coach with a keen interest in helping professionals navigate the various stages of their career journeys. She is passionate about helping people manage transitions , maintain balance, develop as professionals and gain clarity.

Olivia is a solicitor (non-practising) having spent over twenty years working with the legal profession. Olivia trained and qualified with a magic circle city firm where she has spent most of her career. She has extensive experience working both as a fee earner (financial regulation and dispute resolution) and as a legal and risk lawyer in the firm’s in-house regulatory compliance team.

Olivia spent a few years working as an enforcement lawyer alongside a range of professionals at the Financial Conduct Authority. She also has several years’ experience as a people manager assisting others in their professional development.

Most recently Olivia has been working as a senior editor within a specialist organisation, delivering legal practice compliance and management know-how to assist law firm professionals in their day-to-day legal and regulatory duties.
